1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using MoeLog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and delete it from your device.
This app is independently developed and maintained by individual developer yangshan.
2. Description of Service
MoeLog is a pet management app that provides the following features:
- Pet profile management (basic feature, free)
- AI photo recognition and tagging (basic feature, free)
- Health record management (limited free tier; unlimited with Pro)
- Pet Show, iCloud sync, and other advanced features (requires MoeLog Pro subscription)
3. Subscription Terms
MoeLog Pro Subscription Plans
MoeLog offers two auto-renewable subscription plans managed through the Apple App Store:

Auto-Renewal Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Annual Plan Trial: Cancelling during the trial period incurs no charge. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
- After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period
How to Cancel
Go to iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → MoeLog to manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. User Conduct
By using this app, you agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful personal purposes
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the app
- Not attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free-tier limits
- Not use the app for commercial purposes without written authorization
5. Disclaimer
- This app is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Health record features are for personal reference only and do not constitute veterinary or medical advice
- The individual developer is not liable for data loss caused by device failure, iCloud issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend regularly verifying that iCloud backups are functioning
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with advance notice via in-app announcements
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, icons, and content of MoeLog are owned by yangshan and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without authorization.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance via app update notes. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
